Founded in 2007, Zhejiang Hongwei Auto Parts Co., Ltd., formerly Hangzhou Xingma Auto Parts Co., Ltd., develops, manufactures and supplies friction materials. Our clutch and brake friction plates and mating steel plates serve construction machinery, agricultural equipment, forklifts, marine gearboxes and special vehicles.
Our factory occupies 16,879 m² with 13,000 m² of buildings. The team comprises 85 employees: 62 in production, 10 in R&D, 6 in quality control and 7 in management and service. We operate 68 core machines and three automated lines for sintered copper plates, wet paper friction plates and mating steel plate surface treatment. Daily output reaches 10,000 pieces/sets, monthly capacity 280,000 and annual capacity up to 3 million friction and steel plates.

Five product families encompass over 1,200 SKUs: copper friction plates, paper friction and mating steel plates, construction machinery plates, passenger vehicle plates and tractor clutch driven discs. Applications cover CAT, Komatsu, JCB, Hyundai, Kubota and YTO equipment. Our proprietary formulations support development from customer drawings and samples.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management covers incoming materials, in-process inspection and final inspection. The outgoing pass rate is 99.2%. Third-party friction and wear reports are available. The company holds seven invention and utility patents in friction tooling and material modification and is recognized as a provincial technology-based SME.

We supply the domestic market and more than 20 countries across Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Exports account for approximately 35% of business. We maintain 42 long-term customer relationships, the longest spanning 12 years. Annual output value is RMB 75 million, with RMB 2.6 million in tax contributions. We serve aftermarket repair, replacement exports and construction equipment parts distributors. Stock delivery is typically 3–7 days; custom tooling takes 15–30 days.
